How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders for in-stock components and peripherals are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international transit times vary by destination.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and an In-Stock purchase?
A Group Buy is a pre-order for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet, often involving custom designs. In-stock items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse.
Can I return a mechanical keyboard if I don't like the switches?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns on keyboards that have been soldered or modified.
Do you offer international shipping and customs coverage?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred by their local government upon arrival.

Are your switches sold individually or in packs?
Most of our switches are sold in packs of 10 or 35 to allow for maximum flexibility when filling different keyboard layouts (60%, TKL, or Full-size).
